Tomato and Mascarpone cheese pie

Fromage :

In a pie shell, place halved tomatoes, round side up.
Pour the mixture over the tomatoes.
Bake in the oven at 350 F for 30 minutes.

You can replace the tomatoes with other vegetables or meat (just like a quiche).


Ingredients :
  • 3 eggs
  • Fresh fine herbs, to taste
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard (or Dijon)
