Roquefort Valentino Fettucine

Fromage :

In a pan, cook the zucchini, garlic and shallot in butter and oil. Add the wine, half the cheese and the cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Serve very hot, crumbling the remaining cheese on top and garnishing with parsley.


Ingredients :
  • Approximately 100g (3 1/2 oz) piece of Roquefort Société cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) butter
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini, cut into rounds
  • 1 French shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) white wine
  • 1 cup (250ml) 15% or 18% cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups (675g) cooked fettucine noodles
  • Parsley to garnish
