If you don't have any OKA, you can use : OKA Classique or OKA L'Artisan

In a ridged pan or on the barbecue, grill the zucchini spears on both sides, brushing them with olive oil. Broil the red pepper pieces on a broiling pan in the oven until the skin starts to blacken. Remove from oven and place the peppers in a plastic bag. Seal the bag and let the peppers cool before peeling. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish in bowl. Pepper to taste. Spread mixture on bread before filling with the remaining ingredients.


Ingredients :
  • 6 1/2 oz (200 g) OKA cheese, cut in 4 slices
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 red peppers, halved
  • 1 tblsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) horseradish
  • Ground pepper
  • 4 paninis, sliced open
  • 1/2 lb (250 g) roast beef, sliced
