If you don't have any OKA, you can use : OKA Classique or OKA L'Artisan
Dice the OKA into 2.5cm (1") cubes and brush with whisked egg. Mix together the almonds and breadcrumbs, seasoning the mixture with Cayenne pepper. Roll cheese cubes in the almond/breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven for two to three minutes per side. Serve on thinly sliced pieces of toasted baguette.
- 225g (1/2 lb) of OKA
- 3 tbsp (45ml) of almonds, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp) (15ml of natural bread crumbs
- 1 whipped egg
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 Baguette
