If you don't have any OKA L'Artisan, you can use : Jarlsberg or OKA
Pour sauce ingredients into a mixer. Bring to a smooth and creamy texture and set aside. Slice loaves in two, buttering bottom piece. Place half of the spinach leaves on the baguette. Add sausage slices to each baguette. Divide thin slices of cheese equally. Add sliced radishes, sliced red onion, and remaining spinach leaves. Pour sauce over sub ingredients and top with second half of the bread. Serve with coleslaw.
- Deli sub ingredients:
- 7 oz (200g) of OKA L'Artisan
- 1/2 lb (250g) spicy sausage
- 4 small baguette loaves
- 4 red radishes, thinly sliced
- 4 tsp (20ml) butter
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250ml) tiny spinach leaves
- Sauce ingredients:
- 3 tbsp (45ml) sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp (45ml) fresh parsley
- 1 tsp (5ml) raspberry vinegar
- 1/8 tsp (0.6ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp (0.6ml) pepper
- 1 tbsp (15ml) 35% cream
