Naan Pizza with Brie L’Extra double crème, Fresh Figs and Smoked Bacon

Pre-heat oven at 350°F

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, cook the bacon in the oven and drain and reserve on paper towels.

On each Naan breads, spread 1 Tbsp of pesto, 3 bacon slices, 1 ripe fig cut in several pieces and little chunks of Brie L’Extra double crème.

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place pizzas in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Add a few Arugula leaves on each pizza and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • Naan bread 4 units
  • Pesto 4 tbsp
  • Brie L’Extra double crème 170g
  • Fresh figs 4 units
  • Sliced smoked bacon 12 slices
  • Arugula 2 cups
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar a few drops
  • Pepper
  • Fleur de sel
