Grilled chicken served on two-cheese (blue-parmesan) pasta à la Jojo

Ingredients :
Brown the garlic, shallots and mushrooms in butter.
Add the cream.
Incorporate the Parmesan (grated) and Gorgonzola.
Add a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper and fresh oregano.
Simmer over medium heat (4-5 min.).
Dip the chicken breasts in olive oil and grill them on the barbeque.
Sprinkle with the Club House mild chilli and peppers spices during cooking (optional, as desired)
Cook the noodles and mix them with the sauce.
Slice the chicken breasts into strips and place them on the noodles
Side dish
Cook the asparagus on the barbeque (and/or other vegetables, as desired) in aluminum foil with a little olive oil, salt and pepper
Garnish the finished plate with cherry tomatoes, oregano, sage and basil leaves (as desired)
- 100 g Gorgonzola dolce Il Villaggio
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 5 white mushrooms, sliced (optional and/or oyster caps, as desired)
- 1 ½ cups of 15% M.F. cooking cream
- 1 package (375g) of medium egg noodles
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt, pepper, white sugar, olive oil
- Club House mild chili and peppers (optional, to taste)
- Oregano, sage and/or basil leaves (fresh from the garden)
- Asparagus, cherry tomatoes (side dish)
