Fromage :

Mix the ingredients in a fondue bowl over low heat. Serve with diced baguette, cold cuts and vegetables.


Ingredients :
  • 2 X 400g packets of Fromalp Fondue without alcohol
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 diced pepper
  • 2 tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 2/3 cup dry white wine (facultative)
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Fresh chives and pepper to taste
