Fromage :

Spread the cream cheese on the pita breads or tortillas.
Garnish with lettuce.
Evenly distribute the smoked salmon, onions and capers.
Add pepper to taste. Top with asparagus spears cut lengthwise.
Shape Pita breads or tortillas into cones and hold together with toothpicks.
Serve with fresh figs or cantaloupe balls.

  • 7 oz (200 g) Herbs & Spices Délicrème cream cheese
  • 4 pita breads or tortillas
  • 7 oz (200 g) smoked salmon
  • 4 leaves Boston lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) capers
  • 8 fresh asparagus spears, cooked
  • Pepper to taste
