If you don't have any OKA, you can use : OKA Classique or OKA L'Artisan
Cut baguettes lengthwise. Spread insides with mustard. Add lettuce to bottom half. Add pâté or Black Forest ham, apple slices, minced walnuts and cheese. Top with other half of bread and serve with carrot salad.
- 7 oz (200 g) Oka cheese cut into 4 slices
- 1 French bread (baguette) cut in 4
- 1/2 lb. (250 g) countrystyle pâté cut into 4 slices or Black Forest ham
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 1/2 Gala apple, cut into slices
- 2 tbsps (30 mL) minced walnuts
- 2 tbsps (30 mL) Old-fashioned mustard
