Chicken breasts garnished with an avocado, roasted red peppers and candied tomato salsa

Fromage :

Dice up all the ingredients for the salsa in small pieces and toss.
Mix together the ingredients for the dressing.
Add the dressing to the salsa and mix.

Garnish the chicken breasts (or other meat or fish) with the salsa or place salsa on the plate as a side dish.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan shavings.


Ingredients :
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 roasted red peppers
  • Candied cherry tomatoes (a few)
  • 1 green onion
  • Chicken breasts/fish filets/pork tenderloins
  • 30ml balsamic vinegar (1/3 of the oil)
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 2 drops of sesame oil
  • A few drops of honey
  • Salt/pepper
