Brie Chevalier Triple Crème pizza with artichokes and proscuitto

If you don't have any Chevalier Triple Cream Brie, you can use : Rondoux Triple Cream or Montagnolo
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread pizza sauce on the crust followed by the basil, proscuitto, mushrooms, red pepper and artichokes. Add the cheese and season with pepper to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden.
(Note that brie does not brown and becomes almost transparent during cooking process).
- About 6 oz (180 g) Chevalier Triple Crème Brie, cut in small rectangles
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) pizza sauce
- 1 pizza crust (12 in. / 30 cm)
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) fresh basil, chopped
- 6 very thin slices Proscuitto
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 red pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 can (398 mL) artichokes, drained, cut in pieces
- Ground pepper
