Discover the Chevalier cheese family

In the 17th century, France's "chevaliers" -or knights- wore wide-brimmed hats, a sign of their nobility and elaborate taste. Each hat was adorned with an ostrich feather on the left, while the right side was pinned down to give the knight freedom to move during swordfights.
Our rich Chevalier cheeses capture a little bit of that French noblesse. They are truly the feather in our cap.
