Who is Mario D’Eer?
An enthusiast
Mario D’Eer is, above all else, a flavour enthusiast. He savours all the flavours of life. His greatest pleasure is to share his discoveries with others and he does this in many ways: by writing, giving lectures, organizing events, etc.
A true beer taster
Mr. D’Eer is an insatiable taster who collects flavours and never tires of going out into the world to get them where they are born. Travelling is thus an integral part of his life. His quest to discover new flavours has taken him all over North America (as well as to all Canadian provinces and territories, and 20 American states) to Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Holland, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, and more).
