How to preserve a cheese after opening its packaging

Cheese breathes. In order to preserve its many qualities for as long as possible, here are a few simple tips:

- Wrap the remaining piece of cheese in aluminium foil.
- Avoid placing a cheese with a pronounced flavour in the same container as one with a smoother flavour (OKA Classique with a Brie l'Extra, for example).
