Freezing cheeses

Freezing a cheese is not recommended, except if the cheese will subsequently be used for cooking. When freezing a cheese, be sure to follow these rules:

- Wrap the cheese in aluminium foil
- One package of cheese that is to be frozen should not exceed 400 to 500g
- A piece of cheese that is to be frozen should not be more than one inch thick
- Let the cheese thaw in the refrigerator
